Over pressurized Systems

Handling more pressure than the system is rated for can lead to premature failure.

Cavitation

Cavitation occurs when there’s not enough fluid, the fluid is too thick, or the lines are too long. It can lead to bubbles in the fluid and excess vacuum, wearing on the system.

Aeration

Similar to cavitation, aeration happens when air seeps into the system, causing pressure drops. The system can then get too hot and cause parts to fail.

Overheating

When conditions are too hot, seals can fail, and contaminants can enter the fluid. This contamination can cause excess friction, destroy the fluid, and burn out motors.

If conditions in your hydraulic system have led to destroyed hydraulic motors, call Wilson Company! Trust us when we say there’s a high-quality Parker hydraulic motor for just about any application out there.

Parker’s high quality, durable, strong Torqmotors are the standard by which other motors are measured. Whether you need a low-speed or high-speed hydraulic motor, you can expect long-lasting, efficient performance.

Types of Hydraulic Motors

We carry three types of Parker hydraulic motors:

  • Gerotor
  • Piston-style
  • Gear

If you’re not sure which type you need, give us a call. We’ll talk about what kind of equipment you have and what kind of motors it uses. That way, we can help you find the exact motor you need, whether it’s a low-speed or high-speed hydraulic motor, large, small, or if it needs to be able to handle a specific PSI or torque rating.

If you already know what kind of motor you need, that’s great, too! We will supply the configuration you need at your request. If you’re not sure whether a particular motor will fit your application, we’ll be happy to go over the details with you to find out which motor will suit you best.

Sometimes clients will have older equipment with motors that aren’t made anymore, and there’s no direct replacement from the manufacturer. In these cases, we’ll find the Parker hydraulic motor that will be closest in spec.

Custom Options

Our team of engineers and fabricators can create a bespoke solution for your needs. Off-the-shelf items aren’t always the best fit for your operation! We can either build you a new item from the ground up or modify your existing equipment to better suit your setup.

Of course, any solution we create for you can be built with superior Torqmotor hydraulic motors from Parker! If you need a custom solution, contact us, tell us the scope of what you want to be done and request a quote. We’ll see how we can best accomplish your solution and get back to you.

Put Your Order into Motion

The wheels of business need to keep rolling. Even though companies have to be fluid to react to changing times, there’s one constant that will always be true: time is money. The more time you lose because of a broken or worn-out hydraulic motor, the more profits go down the drain.

When you order your new Parker hydraulic motor from Wilson Company, you’re not just buying a part; you’re getting the results of our expertise, our passion, and our drive to serve.

You can expect your new parts to be shipped to you quickly and in pristine shape. Even when you place a custom order, you’ll get it sooner than you thought possible. At Wilson, we know hydraulics, but we also know a thing or two about customer service. Trust Wilson Company for solutions in motion, and reach out to us today.
