Stauff ball valves feature a unique “floating ball” design that creates a positive, leak-free seal that automatically compensates for seat wear and misalignment. Stauff ball valves are available in stainless steel or carbon steel and feature ¼ turn positive operation.

 

Inside each Stauff ball valve is a hard-chrome plated micro-smooth ball that significantly reduces seat wear and friction for ease of use.

If your operation requires ball valves that can reliably withstand high pressures and extreme heat, Stauff ball valves are what you need. With a massive working pressure of up to 800 bar or 12000 PSI and temperature limits of +500 °C or +930 °F, Stauff ball valves can endure the most rigorous of applications.

With full-size ports on most of their two-way valves, you won’t have to worry about pressure drops. Complete bidirectional operation eliminates the possibility of incorrect installation, streamlining processes further by minimizing user error.
