Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
In this position, you will use your hydraulic sales and product application experience to drive sales growth by creating customer solutions selling hydraulic products and services with a focus on mobile accounts.
- Develop OEM mobile accounts.
- Identify target accounts that have potential for purchasing products and services.
- Develop successful customer relationships by selling fluid power products and services to target accounts.
- Work with Wilson Company engineering and other technical staff to clarify customer needs and specifications developing value-added solutions.
- Meet or exceed established annual growth goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technical aptitude and product experience in selling fluid power components and/or systems with an understanding of mobile OEM market opportunities.
- Business development experience within mobile hydraulic equipment customers.
- Driven to pursue new markets and customers opportunities.
- Expertise in sales, relationship building, prospecting, closing and negotiating skills.
- Competitive, entrepreneurial spirit and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills with a strength in customer presentations.
- Track record of prior business to business sales success.
- Experience selling IQAN, mobile sensors, mobile controllers, electronic systems, displays and hydraulic-electrohydraulic systems is a plus.
- Experience with value-added selling.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree, Degree in Industrial Distribution or engineering discipline preferred.
- Minimum three to five (3-5) years business development experience within mobile hydraulic equipment customers.
- Product application and troubleshooting experience with mobile hydraulic systems preferred.
Salary: Base salary plus commissions, no cap.
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Travel Requirements: As required to achieve growth.
Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
