Steel Gauges with Brass
In addition to the classic McDaniel gauge with all stainless steel housings, Wilson Company’s inventory also includes steel gauges with brass components.
Stainless steel gauges with brass components have corrosion-resistant properties. However, they do not offer the same level of corrosion resistance as gauges that only use stainless steel housings.
Gauges with brass components are suitable for applications that do not include extreme temperatures and only involve moderate exposure to corrosive substances. These gauges are less expensive than their stainless steel counterparts.
