When you purchase a NOSHOK gauge, you get a guarantee that there are zero defects in its materials and workmanship. As long as customers use their NOSHOK pressure gauges within their defined use parameters and environment, NOSHOK will repair or replace a failing gauge at no cost.
They will, however, investigate and test the gauge to ensure it wasn’t subjected to overpressure or used in an incompatible system or environment. Any gauges that have suffered misuse according to NOSHOK’s guidelines will not be eligible for a warranty-covered replacement.
NOSHOK also requires warrantied gauges to have properly calibrated Bourdon tubes (if applicable). The acceptable ranges are:
Also, the gauges must be used within acceptable ambient temperatures.
Robust ABS or steel-cased gauges are available in the following formats:
These gauges are excellent for:
Panel mount gauges come in round steel cases or square ABS cases. The 100 series consists of non-fillable, dry, general-purpose gauges that feature brass and copper alloy-wetted parts. Vacuum and compound ranges run from -30 inHg vacuum up to 15,000 psi.
These brass-cased gauges are heavy-duty, liquid-filled, and available in bottom connection or back connection formats. Their potential usage applications include:
You can choose between 2 ½” or 4” sizes, as well as a wide variety of case options and connection sizes. The pressure range is from -30 inHg vacuum to 15,000 psi.
These corrosion-resistant stainless-steel-cased gauges can be used dry or liquid filled. Gauges in the 400 series are available in the following formats:
They are ideal for:
For this series, sizes range from 1 ½” to 6” and feature 316 stainless steel wetted parts, and the pressure range goes from -30 inHg vacuum to 20,000 psi.
Think of the 500 series as liquid-filled 400 series gauges. Available in bottom connection or back connection formats, their specifications are otherwise identical to those of the 400 series.
The turret-style bottom connection gauges of the 600 series are available both dry and liquid-filled, though dry gauges can be filled in the field. They are all 4 ½” and feature 316 stainless or brass wetted parts. Ideal for applications such as:
The black polypropylene case is constructed with a solid front and a blow-out back for maximum safety. Ranges of pressure are available from -30 inHG vacuum to 15,000 psi.
The 700 series comprises the stainless steel versions of the 600 series gauges. It comes in bottom or back connection formats, as well, and has identical specifications otherwise.
NOSHOK’s 800 series gauges are high-quality gauges designed for the utmost accuracy, with pressure ranges from -30 inHg vacuum to 6,000 psi. Featuring a strong stainless steel case, the 800 series gauges also boast beryllium copper and 316 stainless and brass wetted parts.
