Convoluted PTFE Tubing & Hoses
The CVH01-3/8ID heavy wall convoluted PTFE tubing, approved by the Open Compute Project (OCP), is engineered for reliable liquid cooling in rack-to-manifold and on-blade applications. Featuring cuffed ends for easy installation, compatibility with barbed and UQD blind mate fittings, and UL 94 V-0 compliance, this durable tubing is available in configurable lengths from 6 to 24 inches to meet critical thermal management needs. PFTE FDA approved Teflon hoses up to 6 inches.
Push-Lok EPDM-P Hose
Parker’s 807 Push-Lok EPDM-P Hose is a low-pressure, peroxide-cured synthetic rubber hose designed for thermal management systems. It efficiently transfers air, water, and coolant solutions while ensuring enhanced fluid purity and compatibility with industrial coolants and hot air applications.
Server Blade Hose
This is a low-pressure, peroxide-cured EPDM hose. Ideal for use within thermal management systems. The construction offers greater flexibility and a reduced O.D. to allow for challenging hose routing. The specially formulated EPDM tube is designed for increased fluid purity, thermal resistance, and enhanced sealing.
Thermal Coolant Hose
The Parker 627 thermal cooling hose is engineered for high-performance computers and data centers, offering superior chemical, temperature, and abrasion resistance. Featuring a peroxide-cured EPDM tube, synthetic fiber reinforcement, and UL flame resistance, this hose ensures reliable coolant transfer and optimal thermal management in demanding electronic environments.
E-Z Form EPDM-P Hose
This hose is designed to handle extreme bends, kink-free performance, while providing full-flow capabilities. The highly engineered peroxide cured EPDM tube is designed to ensure fluid purity, thermal resistance and superior sealing capabilities. Offered with a blue or red layline for color coding.

Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) Couplings
These flat face couplers are ideal for liquid cooling and thermal management applications for elecronics, servers and supercomputers. The UQD is based on an Intel Inspired open specification.
Universal Quick Disconnect Blindmate (UQDB) Couplings
Designed per Open Compute Project standards and approved by the Nvidia Partner Network, offers seamless interchangeability with other UQDB-certified manufacturers. Featuring no spillage connections, low pressure drop, advanced cooling design, and high resistance to vibrations and mechanical stress, it’s ideal for demanding data center applications.
Liquid Cooling ORV3 BMQC, Blindmate Quick Disconnects
The ORV Series, inspired by the OCP ORv3 BMQC open specification, delivers high flow with low pressure drop for efficient cooling applications. Its blind mate design features no spillage, high float tolerance for misalignment, and a self-centering plug to ensure consistent, reliable connections.
Liquid Cooling CDU Quick Disconnects
The CDT Series are dry-break, thread-to-connect quick disconnects designed for liquid cooling inlets and manifolds, based on OCP open specifications. Featuring high flow with low pressure drop, no spillage connections, and color-coded red and blue bands, they ensure safe, reliable, and easy threaded connection and disconnection.
CDU Blindmate Quick Disconnects
The CDB Series quick disconnects are dry-break, blindmate couplings optimized for modular pump and sidecar applications in data center liquid cooling, enabling hot-swapping in tight spaces. Featuring low spillage, low pressure drop, advanced internal design, and ±1.5 mm misalignment tolerance, they ensure reliable, low-profile inlet/outlet connections for cooling circuits.
Push-to-Connect Hand-mate Manifold Connections
NSP Series dry break couplings feature flat face valving virtually eliminating drips during disconnection. The compact design makes them suitable for reduced spaces in data center, rackable systems.
Two-hand Hand-mate Manifold Connections
NSG Series couplings are dry-break couplings with flat face valves. The compact design makes them suitable for reduced spaces. Coupling system is a two-hand operation, i.e. both hands are required when connect/disconnect.

Compression Style Plastic Fittings
Fast & Tite fittings are a compression style fitting that installs in seconds without tools and provides a tight, sure, leak proof seal without clamps or adjustments. A unique grab ring for tube retention, coupled with a Nitrile o-ring creates a positive seal and assures good tube retention with only hand tight assembly.
Push-to-Connect Plastic Fittings
TrueSeal thermoplastic push fit fittings are lightweight, field attachable and quickly connect to tubing without the use of tools. Custom configurations and sizes are available upon request.
